This home boasts a main level 5.1 surround sound system as well as a dedicated Ultra High Def 7.1 home theatre for weekly movie nights. In-ceiling speakers discretely installed throughout the home and in the covered patio area along with the weatherproof outdoor speakers allow music to be played anywhere on the property for effortless entertaining.

A wall-mounted kitchen touch panel affords easy, one-press access to their favourite music or video selection. In addition, the touch screen and all televisions in the home can automatically display any of the home’s security cameras or front gate video intercom. Whenever the doorbell is pressed the clients can quickly check to see who is coming to visit.

Energy saving technology is important to this client and as a result the Lutron lighting system was chosen as it provides an easy way to schedule custom lighting scenes at various times of the day. The built-in intelligence of the system will even modify schedules based on sunset and sunrise times thus saving energy and always creating the perfect mood.
