One of the main goals of this custom installation was to hide all the electronics in order to maintain a formal great room.

As a result, a television lift was incorporated into the custom cabinetry so that when the television was not in use, the clients expected that there would be no evidence of technology. At the press of a button on the custom programmed touchscreen remote the television would slowly rise and then pivot to the correct angle for optimum viewing.

The great room’s electronics are housed in a custom rack system that is specially designed for use in millwork. These pull-out racks allow for easy access to the components making future upgrades a breeze.

The home also features 10 rooms with architectural speakers for entertaining and a lower level, dedicated 5.1 home theatre system with authentic theatre seating.
