Having worked with this client at their previous home, we understood their desire to incorporate the latest home technology in their new condo.

This expansive condo features a fully integrated home automation and audio system which includes flush mounted architectural speakers throughout and a complete Lutron Radio RA2 lighting system.

When it comes to watching TV on any of the eight flat screen displays, all media boxes were centrally located in an electronics closet thereby removing any unsightly components within the rooms themselves. A discrete 5.1 surround sound media system in the great room is highlighted by a pair of Leon custom built speakers which were designed to exactly match the dimensions of the 4K television.
